Imperial Drive

This original unfinished basement features an entertainment area with bar, an office as well as an in-law suite.

The basement was framed with trey ceilings in both the living area and the in-law suite

The custom cabinets in the bar area were built with the black walnut that was supplied by customer. These cabinets are complimented by the floating shelving and stack stone backsplash.  The radiant floor heat runs throughout the porcelain woodgrain tile that is located in the living area, hallway and office as well as the ¾ inch solid marble flooring that is in the in-law suite.

The basement is fitted with black walnut doors which include sliding doors with barn door hardware entering into the office.

The in-law suite can accommodate those with physical challenges by enter into the walk-in curbless shower with a linear drain. The bathroom vanity are custom pained white cabinets finished with marble countertops.

Lowell Drive

As this homeowner wanted to take part of some of the basement/bathroom renovation, ICG assisted him with the aspects he was less familiar with.  Insofast (insulated wall panels) were introduced into this basement as a nice option for conserving space, providing insulation and a drywall nailer as part of the panel system.  Interior walls were framed and dry walled.  ICG assisted the homeowner with installing doors and trim.  A bathroom was added as part of the finished basement.
